referenced will be commonly known as TAKE2. This includes, but not
limited to: Weddingstake2.com (WT2), SpecialMomentsTake2.com
(SMT2), ChildrensCharityServices.com, ScornedLovers.com, and
DeadFlowersandSourGrapes.com.
Subscriber Expectation: We
at TAKE2 Companies, want the subscriber and their guest(s) to enjoy their Personal
Website. We want you to have fun designing your site. However, we expect
the subscriber to act in a responsible, but fun fashion when choosing
your photos and text.
Privacy Policy Assured: We at the TAKE2 Companies including;
Weddingstake2.com and SpecialMomentsTake2.com and our agent or assignee's.
Assure to all subscribers, patrons and visitors of our companies and participations to our sites that all personal information is kept confidential.
Terms & Conditions: We
at the TAKE2 Companies including Weddingstake2.com Special
momentstake2.com our agents or assignees are not responsible for the
content of any patrons personal sight, hosted at any of the internet
sights owned or operated by the TAKE2 Companies, employee's, agents or
assignee's. This includes, but not limited to any copy write concerns or
accuracy of any text or photographs provided by the person or persons
using our hosting service. The TAKE2 Companies assumes all information,
text and photographs are the property of the person or persons
requesting our hosting service and
these person or persons will assume all responsibilities and liabilities.
However, the TAKE2 Companies will acknowledge a photographers copy write
and will acknowledge the photographer on the hosted site, if requested
in writing by the subscriber. By using our hosting service, the
subscriber, the person or person(s) agrees
the aforementioned conditions and liabilities and hold the TAKE2
Companies harmless for any costs or damages where they may exist (if
any).
Travel Responsibilities: We
at TAKE2 Companies make no promises, guarantees or reservation other then
specifically referred to in the Worldwide Travel Center Brochure. All
persons taking advantage of the travel promotion are responsible for all
tips, taxes, food and transportation fees to and from location of your
choice. Do not travel to any destination without written confirmation
and authorization. This travel promotion holds no cash value and is the sole responsibility of Worldwide Travel Center
services.
The subscriber agrees to all Terms and
Conditions referenced above when he or she purchases any and/or all
of our Personal Website or use our hosting service.
All Policies, Terms & Conditions, travel
locations, travel conditions, travel style and length of hotel/condo
accommodations are subject to change without notice. All styles of all
Personal Wedding Websites and Family Websites are subject to change
without notice. The length of current websites hosted on any of the
TAKE2 Company website locations are posted for a period of not less than
sixteen months from date of opening their site at TAKE2.
